1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Commercial sour cream
2 Tbsp. Milk
1 Tbsp. Wine Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/2 Tsp. Dried whole oregano
1/2 Tsp. Dried whole basil
1/2 Tsp. Honey
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/8 Tsp. Pepper

Combine all ingredients, stirring well with a wire whisk. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Yield: 1 cup
